Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of six years after which time it will be destroyed / deleted). It also helps us to better understand your preferences as a Floral Couture by Jay customer.
